HAK, KEWAJIBAN, LARANGAN DAN SANKSI BAGI PEMANTAU PEMILU
Hak Pemantau Pemilu
Pemantau Pemilu mempunyai hak :
1. mendapat perlindungan hukum dan keamanan dari Pemerintah Indonesia;
2. mengamati dan mengumpulkan informasi proses penyelenggaraan Pemilu;
3. memantau proses pemungutan dan penghitungan suara dari luar TPS;
4. mendapatkan akses informasi yang tersedia dari KPU, KPU Provinsi, dan KPU Kabupaten/Kota;
5. menggunakan perlengkapan untuk mendokumentasikan kegiatan pemantauan sepanjang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan Pemilu;
6. pemantau yang berasal dari perwakilan negara asing yang berstatus diplomat, berhak atas kekebalan diplomatik selama menjalankan tugas sebagai Pemantau Pemilu;
7. menyampaikan temuan kepada Badan Pengawas Pemilu, Badan Pengawas Pemilu Provinsi, dan Panitia Pengawas Pemilu Kabupaten/Kota, apabila pelaksanaan proses tahapan Pemilu tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan.

RIGHTS, OBLIGATIONS, PROHIBITIONS AND SANCTIONS FOR ELECTION MONITORINGThe Right Of Election MonitoringElection monitors have the right:1. get legal protection and security from the Government of Indonesia; 2. observe and collect information about the process of organizing Elections; 3. monitor the process of voting and counting of votes from outside POLLING STATIONS; 4. get access to information that is available from the Election Commission, the Provincial ELECTION COMMISSION, ELECTION COMMISSION and district/city; 5. use the equipment to document monitoring activity along with regard to the implementation of the election; 6. monitor that comes from representatives of the foreign State that is a diplomat, is entitled to diplomatic immunity for running errands as Election Monitors; 7. deliver findings to the Watchdog of the election, the election Supervisory Committee, and Provincial Election district/city, if the implementation process phases of the election does not comply with the provisions of the legislation.

Rights Election Monitoring
Election observers have the right:
1. legal protection and security of the Government of Indonesia;
2. observe and collect information about the administration of elections;
3. monitor the process of voting and vote counting from outside polling stations;
4. gain access to information available from the KPU, Provincial KPU and Regency / City;
5. use monitoring equipment to document the activities insofar as it relates to the election;
6. monitors from the representative of a foreign country who is a diplomat, entitled to diplomatic immunity during stints as Election Observers;
7. convey findings to the Election Supervisory Board, Provincial Election Supervisory Board and the Election Supervisory Committee Regency / City, if the implementation of the process stages of the election was not in accordance with the provisions of the legislation.
