Kiai Haji Zainuddin Hamidi atau dikenal sebagai K.H. Zainuddin MZ[1] (lahir di Jakarta, 2 Maret 1952 – meninggal di Jakarta, 5 Juli 2011 pada umur 59 tahun) adalah seorang pemuka agama Islam di Indonesia yang populer melalui ceramah-ceramahnya di radio dan televisi. Julukannya adalah "Da'i Sejuta Umat" karena dakwahnya yang dapat menyentuh seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Ia pernah menjabat sebagai ketua umum Partai Bintang Reformasi, kemudian digantikan oleh Bursah Zarnubi.

Seiring pergantian tersebut, terjadilan friksi di dalam partai. Zainuddin yang pernah aktif di Partai Persatuan Pembangunan (PPP) kemudian dikabarkan kembali ke partai berlambang Ka'bah itu atas tawaran Ketua Umum Dewan Pimpinan Pusat PPP Suryadharma Ali. Zainuddin menempuh pendidikan tinggi di IAIN Syarif Hidayatullah dan berhasil mendapatkan gelar doktor honoris causa dari Universitas Kebangsaan Malaysia.
