Abstrak

Masyarakat madani merupakan istilah yang dipakai untuk mengkonseptualisasikan sebuah masyarakat ideal yang dicita-citakan. Istilah “masyarakat madani” menggambarkan masyarakat madani sebagai sistem sosial yang subur yang berazaskan moral yang menjamin keseimbangan antara kebebasan perorangan dengan kestabilan masyarakat.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, mendeskripsikan dan menganalisa proses revitalisasi, dan implementasi kearifan lokal pada masyarakat madani. Penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa teori di antaranya: teori fungsional, pertukaran sosial, dan teori konflik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kearifan lokal yang terdapat dalam budaya lokal mengandung nilai-nilai yang relevan dan berguna dalam membangun masyarakat madani, untuk itu di dalam merevitalisasikan dan mengimplementasikan kearifan lokal perlu adanya pengertian, pemahaman, kesadaran, kerjasama dan partisipasi dari seluruh lapisan masyarakat.

This study uses several theories include: functional theory, social exchange theory, and conflict. This study uses qualitative methods. The results showed that local wisdom contained in local culture contain values that are relevant and useful in building civil society, for it in merevitalisasikan and implement the local wisdom is need for understanding, comprehension, awareness, cooperation and participation from all walks of life.
