PIHAK PERTAMA berjanji dan mengikatkan diri sekarang ini untuk pada waktunya dikemudian hari segera setelah Pajak Penghasilan (PPh) dibayar, menjual kepada PIHAK KEDUA yang dengan ini berjanji dan mengikatkan diri untuk membeli TANAH-TANAH tersebut dari PIHAK PERTAMA

Hasil (Inggris) 1:

The FIRST PARTY promises and committing yourself to this present in time future immediately after the income tax (PPh) paid, sell to the second PARTY hereby promise and committing yourself to purchase the lands of the FIRST PARTY

Hasil (Inggris) 2:

FIRST PARTY promise and commit ourselves now for the time in the future as soon as the Income Tax (VAT) paid for, sell to the SECOND PARTY hereby undertakes and binds itself to purchase these lands from the FIRST PARTY
