Maafkan saya karena hari ini saya tidak dapat masuk kerja, dikarenakan saya sakit, saya sudah berobat tadi siang dan mendapat surat keterangan dari dokter PUSKESMAS. Surat berobat saya lampirkan diatas sebagai bukti.
