Setiap pembayaran Harga Pengikatan

Setiap pembayaran Harga Pengikatan beserta biaya-biaya lain yang timbul dan harus dibayar oleh PEMBELI kepada PENJUAL atau dengan cek/bilyet giro atau ditransfer ke rekening PENJUAL, kecuali pajak-pajak yang timbul sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 5 Perjanjian ini. Pembayaran dengan cek/bilyet giro atau transfer baru sah setelah dana yang bersangkutan efektif diterima oleh PENJUAL dan dikeluarkan kwitansi resmi oleh PENJUAL.

Hasil (Inggris) 1:

Each payment Rates Binding with other costs incurred and payable by the buyer to the seller or by cheque/bilyet giro or bank transfer to the account of the SELLER, unless the taxes incurred as stipulated in article 5 of this agreement. Payment by cheque/bilyet giro or transfer new legitimate after the specified effective funds accepted by the seller and the official receipt issued by the seller.

Hasil (Inggris) 2:

Each payment Price binding along other costs incurred and to be paid by the Purchaser to the SELLER or by check / bank draft or transferred to the account of the SELLER, unless taxes are raised as referred to in Article 5 of this Agreement. Payment by check / bank draft or new transfer valid after the relevant funds effectively received by the SELLER and official receipt issued by the SELLER.
