Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja sistem yang optimal pada kantor pelayanan pajak pratama kota pematangsiantar. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner (Primer) dan beberapa studi kepustakaan dan wawancara dengan pihak terkait di KPP Pratama Pematangsiantar.Kuesioner dalam penelitian ini dibagi ke bebarapa user sistem pengoptialisasi perpajakan.Tujuannya mendapatkan informasi sistem yang lebih efesien dan efektif dalam bentuk keakuratan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem optimalisasi sangat diperlukan dalam peningkatan kinerja kantor pelayanan pajak pratam pematangsiantar. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara optimalisasii sIstem administrasi perpajakan terhadap kepatuhan Wajib Pajak.

This research aims to improve the performance of a system that is optimal at the tax services office pratama pematangsiantar. This research data obtained from the questionnaire (Primary) and several studies librarianship and interviews with relevant parties in the KPP Pratama Pematangsiantar. Questionnaire in this research is divided into several pengoptialisasi system of taxation.The goal to get a more efficient system of information and effective in terms of the accuracy of the data. The results of this research show that the optimization system badly needed improvements to the tax services office pratam pematangsiantar. This study aims to improve the optimal system performance at the tax office pratama Pematangsiantar. The research data was obtained from a questionnaire (Primary) and some literature study and interviews with stakeholders in STO Pematangsiantar.Kuesioner in this study were divided into bebarapa perpajakan.Tujuannya pengoptialisasi system user to get information systems more efficient and effective in the form of data accuracy. The results of this study indicate that the optimization system is indispensable in improving performance Pratam Pematangsiantar tax office.
