II.3 Kecenderungan Perkembangan Kegiatan Komersial di Setiap Kecamatan

Identifikasi tingkat kecenderungan perkembangan kegiatan komersial di setiap kecamatan dilakukan melalui pengskalaan data pada masing-masing variabel ke dalam tiga kelas, yaitu kelas potensi tinggi, sedang dan rendah. Kemudian masing-masing kelas diberi skor (Tinggi=3, Sedang=2, Rendah=1) sehingga diperoleh nilai kecenderungan perkembangan kegiatan komersial yang merupakan gabungan nilai variabel-variabel pengaruh dan juga variabel kecepatan perubahan pemanfaatan lahan oleh kegiatan komersial. (Lihat Tabel 2.10).
