ABSTRAK
TONI SULUNG,pengalaman Masuk Umi (Universitas Muslim Indonesia) dibimbing Ir.Ansariah Harfan,ST,MT,IPM.
Universitas Muslim Indonesia Makassar adalah perguruan tinggi pertama dan hingga saat ini, menjadi satu satunya perguruan tinggi di Kawasan Timur Indonesia yang membuka dan miliki Fakultas Teknologi Industri. FTI-UMI berdiri sejak 16 Juni 1987, berawal dari gagasan Prof. Dr. Ir. Ing. BJ. Habibie.
Saya sekarang duduk dibangku kuliah dengan jurusan pertambangan ,disini saya mempelajari materi yang berkaitan tentang pertambangan yaitu mencari,mengolah bahan galian secara professional,tapi sekali lagi saya tekankan disini,bahwa kuliah itu bukan hanya untuk mencari kerja saja,tetapi ada hal yang bisa saya ambil dari sudut pandang yang berbeda-beda,Apa sih yang bisa saya ambil dari kuliah yang belajarnya ilmu pertambangan.
Jadi jawabannya adalah dari belajar ilmu pertambangan kita bisa mengetahui dan memahami ilmu dan cara mengeksplorasi dan mengeksploitasi bahan tambang tidak hanya belajar saja tetapi juga membuka pola pikir untuk berfikir yang lebih terbuka dan modern,dan juga tujuan saya di sini,semasa saya kuliah saya ingin mengetahui lebih banyak lagi tentang ilmu pertambangan.

Muslim Indonesia Makassar University College is the first and to date only, into a single College in eastern Indonesia that are open and have the Faculty of industrial technology. FTI-UMI established since June 16, 1987, starting from the idea of Prof. Dr. IR. Ing. BJ. Habibie. I now sit dibangku College with a major in mining, here I learn the material concerned about mining that is searching, processing minerals professionally, but again I emphasize here, that the College was not just to look for work only, but there are things I can take from a different point of view, what the hell can I get from the learning Sciences College of mining. So the answer is from the studied mining we can know and understand science and how to explore and exploit mining materials not only learned but also open mindset to think that a more open and modern, and also my purpose here, during my college days I would like to find out more about the science of mining.Key words: mining, the mining Sciences, College

I am now in college, majoring in mining, here I learn the material pertaining about mining that is searching, processing of minerals in a professional manner, but again I emphasize here, that college is not just to find work, but there are things that can be I took from the viewpoint of different, What the hell can I get out of college who study the science of mining.
So the answer is of studying mining we can know and understand the science and how to explore and exploit mineral deposits are not only learning but also opens mindset to think more open and modern, and also my purpose here, during my college I wanted to know more about the science of mining.
