Inisiatif ini mendapat sambutan yang baik dari kepala desa dan orang tua, mereka memberikan kontribusi sesuai kapasitas dan kemampuannya, seperti melatih membuat keranjang dari daun lontar. Untuk mengembangkan kemampuan kepemimpinan saya mengajak rekan saya yang juga adalah Pengajar Muda untuk memberikan kelas motivasi dan pemaparan terhadap pentingnya sekolah dan bagaimana meneruskan ke jenjang univeritas. Dari kegiatan ini saya memlakukan fasilitasi kepada siswa SMA yang berminat melanjutkan kuliah dengan memberikan informasi beasiswa dan menjadi mentor dalam mempersiapkan proses seleksi. Yang membahagiakan 2 siswa mendapatkan beasiswanya dan diterima di universitas negeri gorontalo.
