TAHAP TAHAPAN PERMOHONAN SNI
Tahap tahapannya sebagai berikut :
TAHAP I . MENGISI FORMULIR PERMOHONAN SPPT SNI
Proses pada tahan pertama ini biasanya berlangsung satu hari . Daftar isian permohonan dilampiri :
- Fotocopy Sertifikat Sistem Management Mutu SNI 19-9001-2001 ( ISO 9001, 2000 ) yang dilegalisir .
- Jika berupa product import perlu dilengkapi sertifikat dari LSSM Negara asal dan yang telah melakukan MRA Mutual Recognition Arrangement dengan KAN ( Komite Akreditasi Nasional )

TAHAP II . VERIFIKASI PERMOHONAN
LSPro melakukan verifikasi meliputi : Semua persyaratan untuk SPPT SNI, jangkauan lokasi audit,kemampuan memahami bahasa setempat ( perlu penerjemah atau tidak ) . Selanjutnya akan terbit biaya yang harus di bayar produsen. Proses verifikasi perlu waktu 1 hari.

TAHAP III. AUDIT SISTEM MANAJEMEN MUTU PRODUSEN
- AUDIT KECUKUPAN ( Tinjauan Dokumen ) . Memeriksa kelengkapan dan kecukupan dokumen sistem manajement mutu produsen terhadap persyaratan SPPT SNI . Jika ditemukan ketidak sesuaian kategori maka produsen harus melakukan koreksi dalam jangka 2 bulan.
- AUDIT KESEUAIAN . Memeriksa kesesuaian dan keefektifan penerapan sistem manajement mutu dai lokasi produsen . Jika ditemukan ketidaksesuaian maka pemohon harus melakukan koreksi dalam jangka 2 bulan. Jika koreksinya tidak effektive , maka LSPro akan melakukan audit ulang .
Proses ditahap 3 ini perlu waktu 5 Hari .

TAHAP IV. PENGUJIAN SAMPEL PRODUK
Jika diperlukan pengambilan sampel untuk Uji Laboratorium . Pemohon menjamin team Asesor dan petugas pengambil contoh ( PPC ) untuk memperoleh catatan dan document yang berkaitan dengan sistem manajement mutu . Sebaliknya LSPro menjamin para petugasnya ahli dibidang tersebut. Pengujian dilakukan di lab penguji atau lembaga yang sudah terakreditasi.Di perlukan juga saksi saat pengujian . Proses tahan 4 ini butuh waktu minimal 20 Hari Kerja.

TAHAP V . PENILAIAN SAMPEL PRODUK
Laboratorium Penguji Menerbitkan Sertifikat Hasil Uji . Bila hasil tidak memenuhi syarat SNI maka pemohon diminta segera melakukan pegujian ulang.

TAHAP VI . KEPUTUSAN SERTIFIKASI
Seluruh Document audit dan hasil uji menjadi bahan rapat panel Tinjauan SPPT SNI LSPro. Proses penyiapan bahan biasanya butuh waktu 7 hari kerja. Dan rapat panel perlu satu hari kerja.

TAHAP VII . PEMBERIAN SPPT-SNI
LSPro melakukan klarifikasi terhadap produsen yang bersangkutan . Klarifikasi perlu waktu 4 Hari. Keputusan pemberian sertifikat oleh Panel Tinjauan SPPT SNI didasarkan pada hasil evaluasi produk yang memenuhi : Kelengkapan administrasi ( Aspek Legalitas) , ketentuan SNI , Proses produksi dan Sistem Manajement mutu yang diterapkan dapat menjamin konsistensi mutu produk
