Selama pelaksanaan pelatihan pesert

Selama pelaksanaan pelatihan peserta terlibat dengan aktif, hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari cara merespon peserta saat pelatihan ini, yakni para peserta banyak yang mengajukan pertanyaan-pertanyaan kepada trainer, kemudian peserta juga menyampaikan sharing pengalaman tupoksi dan SOP yang telah ada di masing-masing BPBD. Aktivitas peserta juga nampak pada saat peserta diberi tugas oleh trainer baik berupa tugas individu maupun tugas kelompok, nampak bahwa peserta mengerjakan tugas-tugas yang diberikan tersebut dengan antusias dan kesungguhan. Oleh karena itu dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan ini juga peserta dengan semangat saat mereka diminta untuk mempresentasikan hasil tugas dan diskusi kelompok mereka, terlebih dari itu peserta lainpun akan memberikan komentar dan masukan-masukan terhadap tugas dan pekerjaan kelompok yang tengah mempresentasikan di depan kelas. Dinamika peserta yang demikian ini menunjukkan bahwa rasa keingintahuan peserta sangat tinggi dan peserta juga menganggap penting terkait dengan materi yang disampaikan oleh trainer, sehingga mereka menganggap perlu untuk mendapatkan pelatihan berikutnya.
