Terlampir adalah persyaratan untuk proses VITAS di Kedutaan Indonesia di Singapura
Proses pengambilan VITAS di Singapura akan dibantu oleh agen kami yang bernama Mr. Gan ([phone])

Tolong sebelumnya pak Kondoh hubungi Mr. Gan untuk memperkenalkan diri sebagai "Client of Mrs. Wieke from Jakarta"
Setelah itu Pak Kondoh janjian untuk menyerahkan persyaratan pembuatan VITAS ke Mr. Gan yaitu :

1. Paspor asli
2. Scan Telex VITAS (terlampir)
3. Pas foto (2x3=3 pcs; 3x4=3 pcs; 35mmx50mm=3 pcs; 4x6= 3 pcs – file foto terlampir).

NOTE :
Tolong scan telex VITAS dicetak & pas foto juga dicetak sesuai persyaratan di studio foto yang ada di Malaysia atau Singapura

Proses pengambilan VITAS akan dilakukan oleh Mr. Gan pada hari Senin (4 Mei 2015) di kedutaan Indonesia di Singapura dan diharapkan bisa selesai pada hari yang sama.

Scan the Telex VITAS (attached) 3. Fitting the photo (2x3 = 3 pcs; around 3 x 4 = 3 pcs 3 pcs = 35mmx50mm;; 4x6 = 3 pcs – photo file attached).
