Judul Tesis : Program Ekstrakurikuler Keagamaan dan Dampaknya Terhadap Akhlak Siswa di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Kepahiang

Program ekstrakurikuler keagamaan adalah berbagai program kegiatan yang diselenggarakan di luar jam pelajaran dalam rangka memberikan arahan bagi peserta didik untuk dapat mengamalkan ajaran agama yang diperolehnya melalui kegiatan belajar dikelas serta untuk mendorong pembentukan pribadi peserta didik dan penanaman nilai-nilai agama dan akhlakul karimah peserta didik. Tujuannya adalah membentuk manusia yang terpelajar dan bertaqwa kepada Allah swt.
Batasan penelitian ini hanya meneliti program ekstrakurikuler keagamaan harian dan mingguan yang meliputi ekstrakurikuler kultum, salat dhuha, salat zuhur berjamaah, salat Jum’at di madrasah dan mengisi kotak amal. Sedangkan akhlak siswa yang dimaksud meliputi aspek kedisiplinan, kebersihan dan kerapian, tanggung jawab siswa, sopan santun siswa, hubungan sosial siswa di madrasah dan kejujuran siswa.
Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin mendeskrifsikan dan menganalisa apakah pelaksanaan ekstraklurikuler keagamaan mempunyai dampak terhadap akhlak siswa di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Kepahiang.
Jenis penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriftif, yakni penelitian yang menginterprestasikan dan mendeskrifsikan atau menjelaskan objek, peristiwa maupun kejadian yang sedang berlangsung pada saat penelitian sesuai apa adanya. Penelitian ini akan memberi gambaran yang lengkap tentang pelaksanaan program ekstrakurikuler keagamaan dan dampaknya terhadap akhlak siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode dokumentasi, wawancara dan angket. Metode dokumentasi ini peneliti gunakan untuk data bentuk-bentuk program ekstrakurikuler keagamaan yang dilaksanakan, metode wawancara peneliti gunakan untuk data pelaksanaan ekstrakurikuler keagamaan, dan Angket peneliti gunakan untuk mengambil data tentang akhlak siswa. Angket ini peneliti berikan kepada sebelas orang wali kelas X dan kelas XII, kemudian angket juga diberikan kepada empat puluh enam orang siswa yang terdiri dari kelas X sampai kelas XII.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa program ekstrakurikuler keagamaan di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Kepahiang yang dilaksanakan ternyata mempunyai dampak positif terhadap akhlak siswa, yang meliputi aspek kedisiplinan, kebersihan dan kerapian siswa, tanggung jawab siswa, sopan santun siswa,hubungan sosial siswa di madrasah dan kejujuran siswa. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan ekstrakurikuler keagamaan harus dilaksanakan secara benar, karena sangat besar manfaatnya untuk membentuk siswa-siswa yang berakhlak muliah.

The goal is to form an educated man and devoted to God Almighty.The limitations of this study only examined the religious extracurricular program daily and weekly that covers extracurricular kultum, Duha prayer, Dhuhr salat in congregation, Friday at the madrassa and fill out boxes of charity. While the morals of students referred to include aspects of the discipline, cleanliness and tidiness, the responsibility of the student, the student's good manners, social relations students at the madrassa and honesty of students.As for the purpose of this research is to analyze whether the implementation of mendeskrifsikan and religious ekstraklurikuler have an impact on the attitudes of students at Madrasah Aliyah (MAN) 2 Kepahiang.This type of research, the author uses this type of research, i.e. research deskriftif menginterprestasikan and mendeskrifsikan or describes the object, event or events that are taking place at the time of research appropriate for what it is. This research will give a complete picture of the implementation of extracurricular programs and their impact on the morals of religious students. Data collection techniques in the study of writers using the method of documentation, interviews and question form. This documentation methods researchers use for the data forms a religious extracurricular program is implemented, the method of interviewing researchers use data for the implementation of extracurricular religious, and Now researchers are using to retrieve data about the morals of students. Now these researchers give to eleven Trustees class X and class XII, then question form is also given to forty-six students composed of classes X to XII. The results showed, that the program of extra-curricular religious Madrasah Aliyah (MAN) 2 Kepahiang carried out turned out to have a positive impact against the morals of students, which includes aspects of discipline, cleanliness and tidiness of the students, the responsibility of the student, the student's good manners, social relations students at the madrassa and honesty of students. From the results of this research show that the implementation of extracurricular religious should be implemented properly, because it is very beneficial to form students who have the best muliah.
