PENATALAKSAAN FISIOTERAPI PADA KASUS BRONCHOPNEUMONIA PADA ANAK USIA 9 BULAN DENGAN MODALITAS INFRA RED, POSTURAL DRAINAGE, TAPOTEMENT, DAN MOBILISASI THORAKS DI RSUD KAJEN KABUPATEN PEKALONGAN

ABSTRAK
Bronchopneumonia adalah suatu infeksi akut pada paru – paru yang secara anatomi mengenai bagian lobulus paru mulai dari parenkim paru sampai perbatasan bronkus yang dapat disebabkan oleh bermacam – macam etiologi seperti bakteri, virus, jamur, dan benda asing yang ditandai oleh trias (sesak nafas, pernafasan cuping hidung, sianosis sekitar hidung atau mulut). Permasalahan pada Bronchopneumonia yang sering terjadi yaitu : spasme pada otot bantu pernafasan M.Sternocleidomastoideus, sputum yang sulit keluar, sesak nafas, dan penurunan mobilitas sangnkar thoraks. Untuk memberikan penanganan yang efektif dan efisien, maka dilakukan pemeriksaan palpasi, auskultasi, frekuensi pernafasan, dan mobilitas sangkar thoraks. Dalam mengatasi permasalahan ini diberikan modalitas berupa Infra Red, Postural Drainage, Tapotement, dan Mobilisasi Thoraks. Penelitian dilakukan bulan Januari 2015 di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kajen Kabupaten Pekalongan. Metode penelitian bersifat Studi Kasus yaitu hanya mengukur kejadian 1 kelompok studi.
Setelah diberikan tindakan terapi sebanyak 6 kali dapat diperoleh hasil yang cukup signifikan, yaitu : Spasme pada otot bantu pernafasan dari T1 sampai T4 : ada spasme, T5 sampai T6 : tidak ada spasme, Sputum dari T1 : wheezing +, ronchi +, T2 : wheezing +, ronchi +, T3 : wheezing -, ronchi +, T4 : wheezing -, ronchi +, T5 : wheezing -, ronchi -, T6 : wheezing -, ronchi -, Sesak Nafas dari T1 : 63, T2 : 56, T3 : 51, T4 : 42, T5 : 39, dan T6 : 31, dan Mobilitas Sangkar Thoraks dari T1 : : Axilla : 2 cm, Costae 4 : 2 cm, Proc. Xyphoideus : 1 cm. T2 : Axilla : 1 cm, Costae 4 : 2 cm, Proc. Xyphoideus : 2 cm. T3 : Axilla : 2 cm, Costae 4 : 3 cm, Proc. Xyphoideus : 1 cm.
