Pasar modal dapat melengkapi peranan sistem perbankan sebagai alternatif sumber pembiayaan sehingga ikut mendorong terciptanya pertumbuhan ekonomi yang lebih tinggi karena akan membantu memuluskan pendanaan perusahaan-perushaan untuk dapat meningkatkan pendapatan perusahaan yang pada akhirnya memberikan kemakmuran bagi masyarakat yang lebih luas.

KESIMPULAN : Dilihat dari sejarah perkembangannya bahwa sektor moneter dan perbankan memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap perekonomian di indonesia sehingga dari sektor tersebut pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan-kebijakan dari masing-masing sektor untuk mengatasi masalah perekonomian di Indonesia dan juga memberikan dampak positif terhadap pembiayaan dalam dunia usaha melalui pasar modal disamping kredit bank.
