Penulis menggunakan metodde penelitian deskriptif-kualitatif yang dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan wawancara mendalam secara langsung dengan pihak-pihak bersangkutan, dan data-data yang terkumpul kemudian di analisa secara deskriptif dengan menggambarkan hasil penelitian kedalam bentuk laporan penelitian. Kesimpulan dari penelitian yang dilaksanakan oleh penulis menunjukan bahwa Event Kompas Travel Fair dapat memberikan hubungan yang baik antara perusahaan dengan customernya dan sebagai media pertemuan antara pengiklan pariwisata dengan pembaca Kompas, sehingga perusahaan dapat di percaya di mata para customernya. Hal ini memberikan respon yang positif bagi PT. Kompas Media Nusantara.
