7.3. PENYEWA secara otomatis akan mengurangi Pajak Penghasilan Final (PPh) sebesar 10% (sepuluh persen) dari pembayaran dan wajib memberikan kepada PEMBERI SEWA Surat Setoran Pajak (SSP) dan Bukti Potong Asli sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 3 mengenai pembayaran Biaya Sewa. PENYEWA akan membayar Pajak Penghasilan (PPh) secara langsung kepada instansi pajak yang berwenang.

7.3. TENANT will automatically reduce the Final Income Tax (VAT) of 10% (ten percent) of the payment and shall provide LEASE OF Tax Payment (SSP) and First Cut Proof as defined in Article 3 concerning the payment of rental fees. TENANT will pay Income Tax (VAT) directly to the appropriate taxing authority.

The RENTER will automatically deduct the Final income tax (PPh) by 10% (ten percent) of the payment and shall give the LISTER a tax deposit (SSP) and the original proof of cut as intended in article 3 of the Rental fee.
