20.3. PIHAK yang mengalami Keadaan Kahar harus segera memberitahukan PIHAK lainnya secara lisan dalam waktu 24 (dua puluh empat) jam dan diikuti dengan pemberitahuan secara tertulis selambat-lambatnya dalam waktu 7 (tujuh) hari kalender setelah kejadian Keadaan Kahar tersebut, disertai dengan bukti atau keterangan resmi, dan upaya-upaya yang akan atau telah dilakukan untuk mengatasi Keadaan Kahar tersebut;

20.3. PARTIES that are experiencing a State of Kahar must immediately inform the other orally within 24 (twenty four) hours and was followed by a notice in writing no later than within 7 (seven) calendar days after the State of the Kahar, accompanied by proof or official description, and the efforts that will be or has been done to address the circumstances of Kahar.

20.3. PARTY experiencing Force Majeure shall immediately notify PARTIES more verbally within 24 (twenty four) hours and is followed by a written notice no later than within 7 (seven) calendar days after the events of Force Majeure, and local authorities with evidence or official information and the efforts that will be or have been made to overcome the Force Majeure;
