Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh bahwa :(1) Penerapan GCG di Bank Jatim Cabang Syariah Kediri tidak terlepas demi kepentingan semua pihak lembaga baik internal maupun eksternal perusahaan serta untuk menjadi perusahaan yang memiliki sistem yang mengarah dan mengendalikan korporasi, untuk tujuan agar tercapai keseimbangan antara kekuatan wewenang yang diperlukan perusahaan untuk menjamin eksistensinya. (2) Prinsip yang dipegang oleh Bank Jatim Cabang Syariah Kediri tentunya sudah sesuai dengan kaidah Islam. Adapun Prinsip Good Corporate Governance dalam Bank Jatim Syariah Cabang Kediri adalah Fathonah, Amanah, Sidiq, Tabligh, Empati dan Edifikasi, serta Result Oriented.
