H. Diagram Venn Kelembagaan
Teknik ini digunakan saat PRA bertujuan untuk mencari informasi tentang apa saja jenis lembaga yang ada di Desa Lidung Payau baik formal maupun informal beserta hubungan dan manfaatnya bagi masyarakat setempat. Informasi disajikan dalam bentuk diagram venn. Semakin dekat jarak antara lingkaran diagram lembaga dengan lingkaran diagram masyarakat, menunjukkan bahwa keduanya memiliki pengaruh yang dekat. Sedangkan besar atau kecilnya lingkaran diagram kelembagaan menggambarkan besar atau kecilnya lembaga yang berada di dalam Desa itu.
Dari hasil diskusi ditemukan informasi bahwa tokoh agama memiliki peran sentral di hampir semua kegiatan masyarakat Lidung Payau. Tokoh agama berperan aktif dalam setiap kegiatan tidak hanya yang berkaitan dengan keagaman tapi hal lainnya seperti LPM, BPD, PKK, dll.

Berikut adalah peristiwa bersejarah yang pernah terjadi di desa Lidung Payau. Informasi didapat dari hasil penggalian cerita para anggota masyarakat senior, tokoh masyarakat dan tokoh adat.
