1) Waktu kerja lembur hanya dapat dilakukan paling banyak 3 (tiga) jam dalam 1 (satu) hari dan 14 (empat belas) jam dalam 1 (satu) minggu.
(2) Ketentuan waktu kerja lembur sebagaimana dimaksud dalam ayat (1) tidak termasuk kerja lembur yang dilakukan pada waktu istirahat mingguan atau hari libur resmi.

Hasil (Inggris) 1:

1) working time overtime can only be done at most three (3) hours in one (1) day and fourteen (14) hours within 1 (one) week.
(2) overtime work time Provisions referred to in subsection (1) does not include the overtime work performed on the weekly rest period or official holiday.

Hasil (Inggris) 2:

1) When overtime work can only be done at most three (3) hours in one (1) day and 14 (fourteen) hours in one (1) week.
(2) The provisions concerning overtime as referred to in paragraph (1) does not including overtime work done on the weekly rest period or a statutory holiday.
