The results of this research are:(I) the planning done by the teacher of Fiqh amongst others is customize the class, compile the questions to be used in the classroom, ask questions and answers (2) concludes the implementation methods of questioning conducted by gur Fiqh is, customize classes remain calm, then ask a question, answer, a reinforcement member involving other students to complete an answer, then conclude the answer (3) factor endowments and restricting the use of question and answer method in improving students ' motivation of learning Fiqh generally i.e. : supporting factors: infrastructure and facilities, the number of references, the discipline of teachers, and the responsibility of teachers and students. While the penghambatnya factor is this: the interest of students, allocation of time, discipline of students, and dissent.
