Hasil Penelitian ini adalah :(1) Perencanaan yang dilakukan oleh guru fiqih antara lain adalah mengkondisikan kelas, menyusun pertanyaan untuk digunakan di dalam kelas, mengajukan pertanyaan dan menyimpulkan jawaban(2) pelaksanaan metode Tanya jawab yang dilakukan oleh gur fiqih adalah, mengkondisikan kelas tetap tenang, kemudian mengajukan pertanyaan, member penguatan jawaban, melibatkan siswa lain untuk melengkapi jawaban, kemudian menyimpulkan jawaban (3) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penggunaan metode Tanya jawab dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar fiqih siswa secara garis besar yaitu: faktor pendukung: sarana dan prasarana, Banyaknya referensi, disiplin guru, dan tanggung jawab guru dan siswa. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah: minat siswa, alokasi waktu, disiplin siswa, dan perbedaan pendapat.
