PT.ARMADA GEMA NUSANTARA menetapkan kriteria kemampuan yang dibutuhkan bagi personil untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan yang mempengaruhi mutu guna menghasilkan produk yang sesuai dengan rencana dan menjamin kepuasan pelanggan.


Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan karyawan agar dapat melaksanakan pekerjaan secara profesional, maka PT.ARMADA GEMA NUSANTARA membuat program pelatihan atau melakukan tindakan lain. Program pelatihan atau tindakan lain yang dilakukan akan di monitor dan dievaluasi keefektifannya oleh HRD & GA (sebagai koordinator).
