Kerja praktek adalah suatu kegiatan selama perkuliahan yang menunjang mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran untuk terjun ke dalam dunia kerja yang sebenarnya. Dengan mengikuti kerja praktek ini, mahasiswa mendapatkan pengetahuan mengenai apa saja yang terjadi dan dilakukan dalam dunia kerja. Dalam pelaksanaan kerja praktek ini, mahasiswa diantaranya dapat mempelajarai cara-cara pemasangan konstruksi pada bangunan, dan salah satu tinjauan khusus pada laporan ini adalah Proses Pekerjaan Retaining Wall pada proyek pembangunan Gaia Hotels and Resorts.
Dalam laporan kerja praktek ini, penulis ingin membagi pengalaman selama mengikuti kerja praktek, membagi apa saja yang didapat dan ditemukan selama melaksanakan kerja praktek.
