Force Majeure yaitu peristiwa yang terjadi di luar kekuasaan PARA PIHAK untuk mencegahnya termasuk akan tetapi tidak terbatas pada huru-hara, kebakaran, ledakan, perang, bencana alam seperti gempa bumi atau peristiwa alam lainnya, maka PARA PIHAK sepakat dan setuju untuk tidak saling menuntut satu sama lain.
15.2 Dalam hal terjadi suatu keadaan Force Majeure yang mengakibatkan pekerjaan PENJUAL tertunda, maka kewajiban PENJUAL untuk menyelesaikan pembangunan berdasarkan Pasal 6 Perjanjian ini akan diperpanjang. Keadaan tersebut tidak mengurangi kewajiban PEMBELI kepada PENJUAL berdasarkan Perjanjian ini.
15.3 Semua kerugian dan biaya yang diderita salah satu pihak tidak dapat dibebankan sebagai tanggung jawab pihak lainnya.
