At the United Nations Conference on environment and development held in Rio in 1992, sustainable development was agreed as a general purpose human development for approximately 160 countries who attended the meeting. These goals are then manifested significantly in the programme "Agenda 21".Since 1992, sustainable development has become a frequently used concepts and objectives of the international, political, national, regional and local.Like other development approaches, problems, sustainable development is about the improvement of the human condition. But unlike other approaches, sustainable development approach emphasizes not only economic growth, but stressed the importance of a balance between economic growth and environmental protection. In General, sustainable development is understood in two dimensions: the idea development (how to make it better?) and sustainability (how to maintain?). Thus, sustainable development is defined as a balance between the aspects of environmental, economic and social development. The third aspect is often defined as the three pillars of sustainable development.
