Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis statistik deskriptif, dari masing – masing variabel yang terdiri dari 5 variabel. Variabel motivasi berprestasi menunjukkan hasil tinggi. Variabel peran orang tua menunjukkan hasil tinggi. Variabel persepsi profesi guru menunjukkan hasil tinggi. Variabel eksplorasi karir menunjukkan hasil tinggi. Dan variabel minat menjadi guru akuntansi menunjukkan hasil sedang/cukup.
Analisis jalur merupakan pengembangan dari analisis regresi berganda dan bivariate. Analisis jalur ingin menguji persamaan regresi yang melibatkan beberapa variabel endogenus dan eksogenus. Analisis jalur bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan variabel eksogenus terhadap variabel endogenus dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% atau taraf signifikan 5% (α = 0,05). Adapun output Amos yang dapat digunakan sebagai sumber untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh langsung tersebut adalah sebagai berikut:
