Bermaksud menguatkan ketahanan pangan keluarga anak melalui pemberdayaan budidaya dan pemasaran kakao berbasis masyarakat, program SAFE dijalankan dengan sekolah lapang dan koperasi kakao untuk meningkatkan daya saing kakao di pasar lokal dan non lokal. Petani kakao berserikat untuk mengelola usahatani kemudian memasarkan kakao melalui koperasi yang dikelola oleh petani sendiri.
