Pada hari jumat minggu lalu Jusak, Sonny dan saya sudah mendikusikan usulan metode perhitungan dilusi saham milik IMSI. Saya menyarankan agar konsisten dengan metode perhitungan dilusi saham seperti yang telah dilakukan pada tahun 2014 yang lalu. Pada prinsipnya sudah disetujui sehingga dokumen perjanjian yang telah disiapkan sudah ditanda tangani oleh Jusak dan saya. Dokumen tersebut sudah saya kembalikan kepada pak Viktor agar dibuatkan surat pengantar kepada pak Antony Salim untuk ditanda tangani.

On Friday last week Jusak, Sonny and I've mendikusikan the proposed methods of calculation of stock dilution belongs to IMSI. I suggest that is consistent with the methods of calculation of stock dilution as has been done in 2014. In principle already approved so that documents of the agreement that had been prepared already signed by Jusak and me. The document I have to restore to Mr. Viktor in order that produced a letter of introduction to Sir Antony Salim to be signed.

I suggest that is consistent with the calculation of share dilution method as was done in 2014 ago. In principle agreement has been approved so that the document that had been prepared already signed by Jusak and me. I have returned the document to Mr. Viktor order made introductory letter to Mr. Antony Salim to be signed.
