Menurut saya masalah ini menjadikan para orang tua di washington dc merasa dilema antara melarang anak-anaknya tidak menggunakan ganja atau alkohol atau memilih salah satu diantara keduanya sebab jika melarang tetap saja anak-anaknya ketika masuk ke perguruan tinggi akan mencoba diantara kedua barang tersebut karena faktor dari lingkungan,akan tetapi menurut saya para orang tua harus bersikap tegas untuk melarang anaknya menggunakan kedua barang tersebut jangan sampai anak-anak mereka terjerumus kedalam dunia yang gelap dunia yang akan menghancurkan masa depannya karena walaupun ganja lebih baik daripada alkohol namun tetap saja ganja merupakan suatu obat yang akan menimbulkan dampak negatif bagi pemakainya salah satunya menurunkan tingkat kecerdasan otak yang akan berdampak pada masa depan si anak begitupun pada segi kesehatan.maka pengawasan ketat harus dilakukan oleh para orang tua jangan sampai membiarkan anak begitu saja dalam pergaulannya meskipun anak-anak mereka dinilai telah dewasa.
