Dengan adanya “Addendum” ini, PARA PIHAK setuju untuk menghapus keseluruhan ketentuan sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 6 tentang Perjanjian “Nota Kesepahaman”, dan melakukan penyesuaian terhadap ketentuan tersebut ke dalam Pasal 4 ayat (1), (2) dan (3) tentang Jangka Waktu “Nota Kesepahaman”, sebagaimana diatur diatas.

The existence of this "Addendum", the parties agreed to delete the entire provision as set forth in article 6 of the Covenant "Memorandum of understanding", and make adjustments against these provisions into article 4 paragraph (1), (2) and (3) about the period of the "Memorandum of understanding", as set forth above.

With the "Addendum" This, THE PARTIES agree to remove the overall provisions set forth in Article 6 of the Treaty "Memorandum of Understanding", and make adjustments to the provision in Article 4 paragraph (1), (2) and (3) of the Term time "Memorandum of Understanding", as set forth above.
