Setelah dilakukan 6 kali terapi, didapatkan hasilnya: (1) Tidak terdapat peningkatan perkembangan DDST, (2) terdapat peningkatan kekuatan otot pada wrist dari T1 didapatkan nilai T menjadi X pada Terapi ke-4, (3) Terdapat peningkatan perkembangan sensoris pada Terapi ke-4, (4) terdapat peningkatan perkembangan reflek yaitu 2 reflek yang seharusnya sudah hilang pada terapi ke-3, 3 reflek fisiologis yang muncul menjadi (+) pada terapi ke-4, dan 2 reflek fisiologis yang muncul meskipun masih sekitar pada terapi ke 4 dan 5, (5) berkurangnya spasme otot pada terapi ke-3, (6) Tidak terdapat peningkatan kemampuan fungsional namun pasien sudah ada inisiatif untuk duduk sendiri jika diberi stimulasi.
Dari hasil yang diperoleh, dapat disimpulkan bahwa intervensi fisioterapi dengan metode neuro structure dan neuro development treatment dapat membantu mengatasi permasalahan yang timbul pada DD seperti dapat meningkatkan tonus dan kekuatan otot, meningkatkan perkembangan sensoris, meningkatkan perkembangan reflek dan mengurangi spasme otot.
