Sebagai education program manager saya bertanggung jawab dalam mengelola program yang diinisiasi oleh relawan bagaimana program tersebut berjalan secara berkelanjutan dan memiliki dampak terhadap lingkungan sekitar, selain itu pengembangan kapasitas relawan juga menjadi hal penting untuk membuat relawan memahami program yang mereka jalankan. Selama ini yang dilakukan oleh relawan turun tangan masih berlandaskan cara konvensional, minimnya monitoring dan evaluasi karena persebaran yang meluas di beberapa daerah di Indonesia yang menjadi kendala saya untuk hadir secara langsung. Untuk mempermudah proses tersebut, saya mengembang manajemen project relawan melalui system website. Relawan akan mengakses secara langsung via website turuntangan terkait project yang sedang dikerjakan, mulai dari proses pembuatan ide sampai pelaksanaan, monitoring dan evaluasi.
