Maka harus ada hubungan baik antara manajer dan pegawai, dengan cara manajer harus melakukan perhatian terhadap kedaan, kualitas, kenyamanan kerja pegawainya sendiri karena itu semua sangat penting untuk sebuah kualitas hasil pekerjaan pegawai.
