HAK DAN KEWAJIBAN PIHAK KEDUA
(1) Berkewajiban mengirimkan uang muka sejumlah yang telah disepakati kepada PIHAK PERTAMA
(2) Berkewajiban melunasi sisa pembayaran kepada PIHAK PERTAMA setelah barang tersebut diterima melalui mekanisme pembayaran yang telah dipilih dan disepakati
(3) Berhak menerima barang tersebut dalam keadaan utuh dan atau tanpa cacat apapun
(4) Berhak meminta penggantian/penukaran barang serupa
