2. Ketaatan pemilih terhadap larangan-larangan pada setiap tahapan, misalnya pemilih tidak boleh memilih lebih dari 1 (satu) kali dan pemilih tidak boleh mewakili orang lain dalam menggunakan hak pilihnya
