The purpose of this research is to know the effect the effect of HPMC K100M, the physical properties and the release of active substances of the preparation of granules mucoadhesif and get the formula for garnul mucoadhesif opotimum ranitidine HCl. The method used in pembutan garanul mucoadhesive ranitidine HCl is wet granulation. In the formula pembutan garnul mucoadhesif ranitidine HCl made in 4 formulations with variations in the levels of polymer (HPMC K100M), respectively 0 mg, 70 mg, 80 mg, and 100 mg.
