Dalam pembutan formula garnul mucoadhesif ranitidine HCl dibuat dalam 4 formulasi dengan variasi kadar polimer (HPMC K100M) secara berturut-turut 0 mg, 70 mg, 80 mg, dan 100 mg. Evaluasi hasil dari granul mucoadhesif ranitidin HCl yaitu uji distribusi ukuran partikel, laju alir, uji kadar air, daya mengembang, uji bioadhesi in vitro dan uji wash off. Analisa hasil data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan pendekatan teoritis dan pendekatan statistik. Pendekatan teoritis membandingkan nilai dari hasil penelitian dengan teori yang ada pada literature. Dan pendekatan statistik menggunakan uji ANOVA, dimana untuk mengetahui adanya perbedaan bermakna dari masing-masing uji.
