12. Jangka waktu KERJASAMA berlaku

12. Jangka waktu KERJASAMA berlaku efektif sejak tanggal ditandatanganinya PERJANJIAN AWAL oleh PARA PIHAK dan akan berakhir apabila:
• PARA PIHAK tidak ditunjuk sebagai pemenang lelang yang diadakan oleh PEMBERI KERJA untuk melaksanakan PEKERJAAN, atau;
• PEKERJAAN telah selesai dilaksanakan seluruhnya dan telah sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan yang terdapat dalam PERJANJIAN PELAKSANAAN PEKERJAAN, yang dibuktikan dengan ditandatanganinya berita acara serah terima pekerjaan terakhir oleh PEMBERI KERJA, atau;
• Semua tanggung jawab KONSORSIUM secara eksternal kepada PEMBERI KERJA dapat diselesaikan oleh masing-masing PIHAK sesuai dengan porsi pekerjaan yang menjadi tanggung jawab PIHAK tersebut sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan dalam PERJANJIAN PELAKSANAAN PEKERJAAN.

12. COOPERATION period is effective from the date of signing by the PRELIMINARY AGREEMENT OF THE PARTIES and will expire if:
• THE PARTIES not be designated as the winner of an auction held by the EMPLOYER to implement WORK, or;
• WORK has been completed fully and in accordance with the terms and the provisions contained in AGREEMENT OF WORK, as evidenced by the signing of the minutes of the handover of the last work by the EMPLOYER, or;
• All responsibility CONSORTIUM externally to the EMPLOYER can be completed by each PARTY accordance with the portion of the work that is the responsibility PARTY is in accordance with the terms and provisions of the CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT.
