NofiHarini, 2016. “Upaya Guru dalam menanamkan Nilai-nilai Ajaran Islam pada Anak Usia Dinidi RA PSM Sukowiyono tahun Ajaran 2015/2016” Skripsi Program Studi PAI, JurusanTarbiyah STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) Penanaman nilai-nilai ajaran Islam pada anak usia dini di RA PSM Sukowiyono, 2)Bagaimana metode penanama nnilai-nilai ajaran Islam pada anak usia dini di RA PSM Sukowiyono 3) Bagaimana factor pendukung serta penghambat penanaman nilai-nilai ajaran Islam pada anak usia dini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif.Subyek penelitian ini adalah pengurus, pendidik, peserta didik dan orang tua/ peserta didik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Peneliti merupakan instrument utama dalam melakukan penelitian yang dibantu oleh pedoman observasi, pedoman wawancara, dan pedoman dokumentasi.Teknik yang digunakan dalam analisis data adalah display data, reduksi data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Trianggulasi dilakukan untuk menjelaskan keabsahan data dengan menggunakan berbagai sumber.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Penanaman nilai-nilai ajaran Islam pada anak usia dini mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Perencanaan di dalamnya terdapat penyusunan Silabus, RPT, RPB, RPM dan SKH.Pelaksanaan memiliki beberapa tahapan kegiatan di antaranya kegiatan pembuka, kegiatan inti dan kegiatan penutup.Dari beberapa kegiatan tersebut dapat dilihat adanya tingkat pencapaian perkembangan aqidah, akhlaq dan ibadah.Evaluasi didalamnya meliputi observasi, pencatatan anekdot, percakapan, penugasan, penampilan dan hasilkarya, 2) Metode penanaman nilai-nilai ajaran Islam pada anak usia dini yaitudengan menggunakan metode bermain, metode pembiasaan, metode cerita, metodekaryawisata, metode keteladanan, metode demonstrasi, metode tanya jawab, 3) Faktor pendukung diantaranya pendidik memiliki kemampuan menyampaikan Nilai-nilai Ajaran Islam, peserta didik dapat meniru gerakan beribadah walaupun belum teratur dan memiliki buku-bukuIslami. Sedangkan dari factor penghambat ada factor eksternal dan faktor internal.Dari Faktor eksternal antara lain muncul dari lingkungan keluarga yang beragam serta dari teman permainan yang beragam pula.Sedangkan dari faktor internal antara lain muncul dari pengkondisisan kelas serta penguasaan guru dalam mengelola kelas yang belum optimal karena keberagaman karakter dan kemampuan anak sehingga proses belajarpun sering terganggu.
