Proses produksi dari Teh Botol Sosro terdiri dari 5 tahapan proses yaitu
incoming material , rekayasa proses, pengemasan, pengawasan mutu dan pengolahan limbah."dari kelima proses tersebut terdapat beberapa sub proses seperti pada tahap pengemasan yang terdiri dari proses sortasi awal, proses pencucian botol, proses sortasi lanjutan, pengisian teh cair manis dan proses sortasi akhir. Begitu pula pada proses yang lain yang akan lebih dijelaskan berikutnya.
