Other studies conducted by the ancient (2013) aiming to find out the level of satisfaction of patients against the health service at the health center Folk sub Regency of Sidikilang Huta Dairi. The results showed the level of satisfaction of patients against the five dimensions of quality of health care that is the dimension of responsiveness is at category satisfied 79,4%, reability are in category satisfied 77,9%, assurance was at category satisfied 79,4%, empathy are on category satisfied 77,9%, and tangible dimension in that category satisfied 75%. Overall patient satisfaction level towards health services are in a category of satisfied 80.9%.
