Pada pelatihan tentang Tupoksi dan SOP yang diperuntukkan bagi staf BPBD Propinsi dan Kabupaten/Kota di Propinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur selama tiga hari (22-24 November) 2012, diperoleh hasil langsung sebagai berikut :
1. Peserta dapat mengevaluasi tupoksi pada unit atau instansi masing-masing
2. Peserta dapat membuat SOP dengan menggunakan analsis kebutuhan
3. Peserta dapat membuat pengembangan SOP
4. Peserta dapat langkah-langkah penerapan SOP
5. Peserta dapat membuat evaluasi dan monitoring terhadap SOP
6. Peserta dapat membuat SOP sesuai dengan jenis dan format SOP sesuai dengan kebutuhan kegiatan yang akan dilakukan
