Anggota Direksi, anggota Dewan Komisaris, dan/atau Pemegang Saham Utama Bank yang terlibat dalam Transaksi Pihak Terafiliasi yang memiliki potensi benturan kepentingan dengan nilai tertentu wajib melaporkan kepada Corporate Secretary dengan tembusan Direktur Kepatuhan. Dalam hal terjadi Benturan Kepentingan, anggota Direksi, Komisaris yang bersangkutan harus abstain dari proses pengkajian maupun persetujuan transaksi tersebut.

Member of the Board of Directors, member of the Board of Commissioners, and / or shareholders of the Bank are involved in the Affiliated Party Transactions which have a potential conflict of interest with the specified value shall report to the Corporate Secretary with a copy Director of Compliance. In the event of a Conflict of Interest, member of the Board of Directors, Commissioners concerned shall abstain from the review process and approval of the transaction.
