3.2.2.c Persiapan Pasien
Pada tanggal 1 Mei 2016, perawat bangsal anyelir Ny. I mendaftar ke bagian loket pendaftaran di Instalasi Radiologi RSUD Tidar Kota Magelang untuk melakukan pemeriksaan appendicogram. Oleh petugas loket pendaftaran, perawat bangsal anyelir Ny. I diberi daftar persiapan sebelum melakukan pemeriksaan appendicogram. Persiapan yang harus dilakukan oleh Ny. I adalah sebagai berikut :
• Sehari sebelum pemeriksaan pasien makan makanan yang lunak, tidak berserat, dan tidak berlemak (contoh: bubur kecap,mie instan).
• Makan malam terakhir sebelum pemeriksaan yaitu tanggal 1 Mei 2016 pukul 19.00 WIB.
• Ny. I minum obat (barium Sulfate 100 gr) yang diencerkan dengan 1 gelas (air putih 200 cc) pukul 22.00 WIB. Sebelum minum obat, buang air besar terlebih dahulu.
• Setelah itu puasa (pantang makan, pantang merokok, dan kurangi bicara). Dianjurkan banyak minum air putih.
• Pagi harinya hari Senin, 2 Mei 2016, Ny. I harus datang ke bagian radiologi jam 08.00 WIB untuk dilakukan pemeriksaan, sebelum berangkat jangan buang air besar terlebih dahulu.
