Kasus ini melanggar peraturan GCG yaitu Transparancy (Keterbukaan) Dimana  yang harusnya digunakan untuk  membeli peralatan, modal kerja, serta menambah kantor cabang, tidak digunakan sebagaimana mestinya.   Hingga saat   ini   manajemen   perseroan   belum   melakukan   realisasi.
