Judul pidato :Bahaya Merokok bagi Pelajar

Assalamualaikum wrb...
Selamat pagi khususnya yang terhormat buya,buya kepala sekolah,umi dan teman-teman yang saya cintai. Pertama-tama marilah kita panjat kan puji syukur ke hadirat Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, karena tanpa karuniaNya kita semua tidak dapat berkumpul di tempat ini. Pada hari ini saya akan menyampaikan pidato tentang bahaya merokok bagi pelajar. Alasan saya memilih tema ini karena sekarang sudah banyak pelajar SMA yang merokok, dan merka tidak tahu bahayanya.Saya akan menjelaskan tentang mengapa pelajar tertarik untuk merokok, zat kimia yang terdapat dalam rokok , bahaya merokok bagi pelajar dan cara pelajar berhenti merokok.Tujuan dari pidato ini ini adalah agar pelajar mengetahui bahaya merokok bagi kesehatan dan kejiwaan dan mulai berhenti merokok.

Kenapa pelajar tertarik pada rokok? Ada beberapa hal yang patut diketahui tentang penyebab pelajar merokok.Yang pertama adalah keluarga, keluarga adalah lingkungan sosial pertama yang menjadi tempat anak untuk belajar.Sebagai contoh teman saya ayahnya memiliki kebiasaan, ayahnya melarang teman saya untuk merokok. Tetapi teman saya penasaran dengan rokok yang dikonsumsi oleh ayahnya dan penasaran ingin mencicipinya,karena itu orang tua harus sadar akan bahaya yang satu ini.Sebelum melarang anak merokok , kita harus mendisiplinkan diri kita sendiri untuk tidak merokok sebelum anak mengikuti perilaku yang seharusnya.Jangan menunjukan aktivitas merokok di depan anak anda. Yang kedua adalah lingkungan sekolah, pergaulan di lingkungan sekolah mempunyai pengaruh besar dalam perkembangan seorang pelajar

Sekarang saya akan menjelaskan tentang zat kimia yang terdpat dalam rokok. Asap rokok membahayakan bagi yang menghirup, menghisap atau terhisap, karena setiap asap rokok mengandung kurang lebih 4000 unsur zat kimia yang berbahaya bagi kesehatan. Beberapa zat berbahaya yang terkandung di dalam rokok adalah nikotin, tar dan karbon monoksida. Nikotin adalah jenis zat yang terdapat pada tembakau, bersifat racun dan menyebabkan ketergantungan atau ketagihan, berpengaruh pada saraf otak, serta menyebabkan jantung bekerja lebih cepat dengan meningkatkan denyut jantung dan tekanan darah.Tar adalah salah satu unsur dalam asap rokok yang sangat cepat menyebabkan gejala penyakit kanker karena terkandung bahan-bahan karnosigen, yaitu unsur kimia penyebab kanker. Karbon monoksida (CO) adalah gas beracun yang paling berbahaya dan menyebabkan perokok sering bernapas pendek dan kurang stamina
