type of research is ex post-facto, the study population is all employees of the companies outsourcing cleaning service in the city of Padang which amounted to 51 people total sampling technique sampling. Samples numbered 51 people. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire using Likert scale model that has been tested validity and reliability.
The results are: 1 work experience has a positive and significant influence on produktivita, 2) work experience has a positive and significant impact on compensation, 3) Work experience does not have a positive effect on employee loyalty, four labor productivity does not have a positive influence on job loyalty 5) compensation has a positive and significant relationship towards employee loyalty outsourcing companies cleaning service in the city of Padang
