Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Expost-Facto, populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan perusahaan-perusahaan outsourcing cleaning service di kota Padang yang berjumlah 51 orang Teknik penarikan sampel total sampling. Sampel berjumlah 51 orang. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui angket dengan menggunakan model skala Likert yang telah diuji kesahihan dan kehandalannya.
Hasil penelitian adalah : 1 pengalaman kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivita, 2) pengalaman kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kompensasi , 3)Pengalaman kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan , 4 produktifitas kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap loyalitas kerja 5) kompensasi memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan perusahaan-perusahaan outsourcing cleaning service di kota Padang
