1. Bahwa, oleh dan antara Para Pihak sebelumnya telah membuat dan menandatangani Surat Perjanjian No. 056/KNT-CCIE/XI/2016 tertanggal 4 November 2016 (selanjutnya disebut “Perjanjian) untuk sewa atas tanah milik CCIE sebagai berikut:

1. That, by and between the Parties have created and signed the Letter of Agreement No. 056 / KNT-CCIE / XI / 2016 dated November 4, 2016 (hereinafter "the Agreement) for the lease of land belonging to the CCIE as follows:

1. That, by and between the parties has previously made and signed a letter of agreement No. 056/KNT-CCIE/XI/2016 dated November 4, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the "agreement") for lease on CCIE's land as follows:
