Harga penjualan/pembelian dari TANA

Harga penjualan/pembelian dari TANAH-TANAH tersebut yang akan dilakukan jual belinya kelak antara kedua belah pihak adalah sebesar Rp. ........... yang dibayar lunas oleh PIHAK KEDUA kepada PIHAK PERTAMA pada saat akta ini ditanda-tangani yang akan dibuktikan dengan bukti pembayaran/kwitansinya yang sah diluar akta ini.

Pasal 3
Jual beli dari tanah-tanah tersebut akan dilangsungkan antara PIHAK PERTAMA dan PIHAK KEDUA dengan syarat-syarat yang lazim dibuat untuk perjanjian yang serupa itu, antara lain dengan ketentuan-ketentuan, bahwa:
a. PIHAK PERTAMA menjamin PIHAK KEDUA, bahwa PIHAK KEDUA tidak akan mendapat tuntutan dari pihak lain yang menyatakan mempunyai hak terlebih dahulu atau turut mempunyai hak atas TANAH-TANAH tersebut.
b. PIHAK PERTAMA menjamin PIHAK KEDUA, bahwa TANAH-TANAH tersebut tidak dikenakan suatu sitaan, bebas dari sengketa, bebas dari jaminan suatu hutang kepada pihak manapun dan beban-beban lainnya yang bersifat apapun.
